It was honey-processed by the team at COOPEDOTA, which has been actively promoting exotic varieties like Geisha and helping us separate and source them from individual farms for the past eight seasons.
Our third Geisha offering from Costa Rica beautifully illustrates the sweetness that is inherent in this varietal, with a slight zest of candied orange peel to round it out.
