This washed Bourbon is from a collection of individual farms in the Cajamarca region of Peru known as La Palestina. El Rejo is a parcel located at 1950 masl, and is run by the Alarcon family. They reinvest their profits back into the group of farmers, helping to evolve the commodity structure in the community.
